On 18th and 19th October 2022 the IRAM program committee met in Grenoble to discuss NOEMA and 30m proposals submitted for the winter semester 2022/233. The discussions were organized in two panels which were chaired by Amelie Saintonge (University College London, United Kingdom) and Dmitry Semenov (MPIA, Heidelberg, Germany). The authors of each proposal will be informed by letter which will include comments issued by the committee if there are any. As usual, the proposals were classified A (accepted), B (backup), and C (rejected).
